Brad has over 30 years experience in the cleaning industry. In his early days, he would clean offices, pubs/bars, medical centres and even served as a room attendant in well known 5 star accommodations. Brad then moved onto carpet shampooing, stripping and sealing and buffing and polishing of all floor types. Being eager to learn all facets of cleaning, Brad would often be seen a top a scissor lift, cherry picker or boom attending to high cleaning, detailing and window cleaning.
Not afraid to get his hands dirty, but also of benefit in the office, where he would be doing rosters, invoicing, assisting with taxes for contractors. Then on the road quoting, doing inspections and managing compliance. You name Brad has done it.
Brad has climbed the ladder from a cleaner, to Site Manager of Westfield Shopping Centres, The Myer Centre and Wesley Hospital, to Area Manager, to Operations Manager, to State Operations Manager and now General Manager, where he heads up an impressive team of dedicated and motivated people who are passionate about delivering a consistently high standard, tailored service, with value for money.
Brad has an established and proven track record with cleaning expertise in a range of different industries including local government, corporate, retail, office/commercial clients, industrial clients, aged care, automotive, education, medical, sports/leisure, hospitality and more – with consistent, reliable, and efficient service.
Brad is the face of TFC, speaking with clients on a daily basis. He is often out early mornings or late nights, supporting contractors or training them in their roles.
