As an experienced Operations Manager with over 30 years of experience in the cleaning industry, Gerry has a proven track record of overseeing the day-to-day operations of cleaning professionals and ensuring the highest quality and customer satisfaction standards.
At Total Focus Cleaning, Gerry is responsible for developing and implementing cleaning protocols and systems, managing client relationships, and training and developing team members and subcontractors. Gerry is skilled at identifying and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner, and consistently delivering high-quality cleaning services to our clients.
Prior to working at Total Focus Cleaning, Gerry held various roles including Cleaning Supervisor for a shopping centre, Services Team Member at Coles Group, and Area Manager for the ISS, NSW Government contract with the Department of Education – Southwest Sydney.
