Total Focus Cleaning operates across Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales and our operational management team are based in and operate in their respective states. We are dedicated to providing our clients with immediate and professional responses to any and all issues that may arise and deal with them as a matter of urgency. The combined experience and knowledge of our key managerial staff is vast with decades of operational and managerial between them in the facilities management, commercial cleaning and service delivery.

SYLVIA DIXON
Sylvia has been promoted to Senior Operations Manager and is now looking after the Gold Coast and Brisbane arms of Total Focus.
Sylvia has lived and breathed cleaning and has worked for some of the largest cleaning companies in Australia. Her roles have been from cleaner to supervisor and on to operations then senior operations manager.
Sylvia has extensive knowledge of cleaning in all its forms and has utilised this wealth of knowledge and experience by avhieving the best results possible for all TFC clients.
Before joining TFC Sylvia worked and managed cleaning in large shopping centres in Sydney and accrued a huge amount of experience managing over 50 staff and providing an exceptionally high standard for her clients.Sylvia has an exceptional reputation with our clients and is well known for her ‘hands on’ approach to getting the best results achievable.
SAM CHARAN
Sam joined TFC in 2014 working hard with the team to help build the business with his wealth of knowledge.
Sam has 12 years’ experience in commercial cleaning and is a qualified electrician with 15 years in the trade prior to starting with TFC.
Sam has a fantastic rapport with customers and staff alike managing all daily procedures.
MILROY-BALKHUYSEN
Milroy joined the TFC family in 2012 previously working in retail supermarkets for 10 years and the construction industry.
Milroy has extensive knowledge of stripping and sealing floors, general commercial cleaning, leading, and managing staff.

GERRY
As an experienced Operations Manager with over 30 years of experience in the cleaning industry, Gerry has a proven track record of overseeing the day-to-day operations of cleaning professionals and ensuring the highest quality and customer satisfaction standards.
At Total Focus Cleaning, Gerry is responsible for developing and implementing cleaning protocols and systems, managing client relationships, and training and developing team members and subcontractors. Gerry is skilled at identifying and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner, and consistently delivering high-quality cleaning services to our clients.
Prior to working at Total Focus Cleaning, Gerry held various roles including Cleaning Supervisor for a shopping centre, Services Team Member at Coles Group, and Area Manager for the ISS, NSW Government contract with the Department of Education - Southwest Sydney.
Overall, Gerry’s experience in the cleaning industry has equipped him with the skills and knowledge to effectively manage and lead cleaning operations, while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Introducing Trudi, our esteemed National Financial Manager at Total Focus Cleaning. With her rich experience from previous roles in financial management in hospitality and property services, Trudi oversees our financial strategies with precision. She expertly manages financial reporting, budgeting, and tax obligations, ensuring our financial operations are streamlined and effective. Trudi's strategic financial planning greatly enhances our resource allocation and operational planning. Simran Kaur
Simran Kaur joined Total Focus Cleaning in March 2020, starting her journey with us as a cleaner. With her dedication and exceptional leadership skills, Simran quickly ascended through the ranks, first to an Area Manager, where she adeptly managed our South, North, and Central Brisbane regions. After just seven months in that role, her remarkable performance led her to an even greater responsibility as an Operations Manager.
In her current role, Simran oversees all Area Managers in Brisbane, ensuring operational excellence across the board. She also manages Polish Works and Periodical Works, along with handling quotations. Simran's rapid rise within Total Focus Cleaning is a testament to her strong work ethic, her deep understanding of our operational needs, and her unwavering commitment to the highest standards of service.

Brent Lindsay
Meet Brent Lindsay, our esteemed new Business Development Manager at Total Focus Cleaning. Brent joins our team with a remarkable background, having owned and managed his own cleaning company for over 15 years. His extensive experience in the cleaning industry is complemented by a strong track record with large franchises and tier 1&2 cleaning organisations where he honed his skills in creating effective business strategies and fostering sustainable growth.
Brent is not just a seasoned professional in managing operations; he is also a skilled trainer. He has an expansive background in educating teams in various domains, including cleaning, sales & marketing, service delivery, operation management, also extensive education around human behaviour and psychology, utilising advanced tools like eDISC behaviour profiling and Nuro linguistic programming and emotional fitness modalities to support heathy culture and employee work place health and mindset. This unique combination of skills ensures that Brent brings innovative solutions and a comprehensive understanding of industry challenges to his role at Total Focus Cleaning.
Additionally, Brent possesses in-depth knowledge and experience in machinery and equipment sales within the cleaning industry, as well as chemical manufacturing. His technical expertise and ability to navigate complex sales environments make him a pivotal addition to our business development team.
