Simran Kaur joined Total Focus Cleaning in March 2020, starting her journey with us as a cleaner. With her dedication and exceptional leadership skills, Simran quickly ascended through the ranks, first to an Area Manager, where she adeptly managed our South, North, and Central Brisbane regions. After just seven months in that role, her remarkable performance led her to an even greater responsibility as an Operations Manager.
In her current role, Simran oversees all Area Managers in Brisbane, ensuring operational excellence across the board. She also manages Polish Works and Periodical Works, along with handling quotations. Simran’s rapid rise within Total Focus Cleaning is a testament to her strong work ethic, her deep understanding of our operational needs, and her unwavering commitment to the highest standards of service.
