Alan started with TFC in 2021 as the National Business Development Manager. Alan has 10 years’ experience in cleaning and facilities management recently relocating from Melbourne to QLD to enjoy the sunshine and the outdoors.

Before joining TFC, Alan worked in various industries including software, chemicals, oil, automotive and transport where he developed a solid knowledge of sales, business development and account management. He has a strong focus on customer service and promoting new business relationships. Alan’s point of difference is listening to customers’ needs and delivering the services that exceed expectations.

Alan has 20 years’ experience in sales management and business development with a strong passion to identify challenges and find solutions for his clients. Working collaboratively with sales support and the operations team as well as staff on the ground, Alan coaches and develops sales teams by creating new ideas and marketing initiatives as well as implementing CRM systems to support our business objectives.

On the weekends, Alan enjoys cars, motorbikes, travel and the exploring the great outdoors around this wonderful country we live in.
