Scott Peterson.

Scott, in conjunction with Steve Morgan formulated TFC Pty Ltd in 2004. Before TFC Scott was Managing Director and part owner of a cleaning company for three years. In that time Scott played a crucial part as to why this company’s annual turnover skyrocketed from 1 million to 10 million per annum in under 3 years.

Prior to entering the cleaning industry Scott spent seven years with Franklins in which he held several roles ranging from Store Manager to State Manager (caretaker).

Scott has won many awards throughout his career and has been recognised by clients and staff the like as a person with high morals and standards second to none.

 
Steve Morgan. 

Steve comes to us with many years experience in the cleaning industry. Prior to joining TFC he was involved in the development and growth of other cleaning company’s that have become major forces in the industry today.

Steve has enjoyed considerable success within the cleaning industry and has attributed this success to three basic principles:
1. Achieve the best possible results for your clients.
2. Maintain these standards ALL of the time.
3. Offer these services at a very competitive price.
 
Adhering to these principles saw Steve promoted rapidly by his last employer. Originally employed as Gold Coast Operations Manager he was quickly promoted to Northern Operations Manager then Queensland State Manager and finally General Manager all in just 2 years.
 
Before entering the cleaning industry Steve was General Manager for I.M & Associates in Melbourne. He was in charge of the daily running of this national company and was dealing with some of Australia’s largest and most renowned legal firms. Steve has bought to TFC a great work ethic that has filtered through the company enhancing its standards and values.
 
Brian Connell. 
Brian joined TFC shortly after it was formed and since being a part of the company has helped see it double in size within 12 months.
 
Before TFC Brian was the sole major franchisee of Shell service stations throughout Queensland. Brian has an extensive background in the supermarket/retail arena, he was the state manager of Franklins supermarkets in Queensland for many years and has also owned various businesses that have become extremely successful.
 
Brian offers TFC vast experience in senior management that in turn better helps us understand our clients and employees needs. His high family values and his NO nonsense approach to Occupational Health and Safety means TFC remains on top of its game with regards to the safety and training of all its employees on an ongoing basis.
 
 
 TOTAL FOCUS CLEANING OPERATIONS STAFF
 

Our Operations team have been involved in the contract cleaning industry for over 10 years, gaining wide experience from a wide variety of sites - resorts, retail, high-rise offices, industrial and major public area facilities.

We believe that supervision is paramount to the effective running of our cleaning services. Our supervisors are trained in communication to ensure a clear understanding of the tasks to be performed. This increases productivity, assures harmony and teamwork. All cleaning staff works as a team and are given incentives from their supervisor to ensure that the highest of standards and professionalism is achieved at all times.
TFC Pty Ltd has access to over 150 employees in Queensland and Northern New South Wales. All new staff are employed on their experience, strict standards are enforced prior to being employed. These include character references from at least three credible people who have known the employee for a period of not less than twelve months. We only employ people who can legally work in Australia.
