Stephen is the founding director of Total Focus Concepts and has over 15 years experience in the cleaning sector. He has a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the industry as well as knowledge of the practical applications of cleaning techniques. This has helped Total Focus Concepts grow to a highly regarded cleaning and facilities management company.

Before entering the cleaning industry Stephen was General Manager for I.M & Associates in Melbourne. He was in charge of the daily operations of this legal process business, and dealt with some of Australia’s largest and most renowned legal firms. This management role put him in good stead to open and run Total Focus Concepts.

 

Sunny Charan

Director of Operations

Sunny has over 15 years of experience in the commercial cleaning sector. Sunny is a qualified electrical appliance electrician. During his time in commercial cleaning Sunny has become an industry leader in hard floor care and maintenance. As director of operations for Total Focus Concepts Sunny manages and guides a team of professional and dedicated managers and cleaners to offer excellent outcomes for every client. His passion for commercial cleaning and his expertise has helped Total Focus Concepts become an industry leader in supermarket cleaning. Sunny’s passion to constantly embrace new technology and techniques will continue to grow Total Focus Concepts into the future.

 

Richard Hughes

General Manager of Operations

Richard is the General Manager of operations, where he has been promoted through the ranks from Senior Operations Manager.  Richard has over 8 years’ experience in the cleaning sector from commercial, warehousing, universities to RSL’s.

Before entering the cleaning industry, Richard was employed in various positions from Service Manager, General Manager to Business Owner within the Security, Forklift, Training and Employment Sector. Also spent over 12 years within the Australian Army Defense Force with most of his time serving in the Elite ‘Special Forces’. He thrives on a challenge, and with his passion, commitment, and dedication to succeed, has assisted Total Focus Concepts being where it is today.
